Core Functionality
- Device Connectivity: Requires Bluetooth access to collect device identifiers (model, firmware version, serial number, MAC address) and connection status.
- Sound Customization: Records your selected audio profiles and EQ settings to maintain preferences.
- Firmware Updates: Accesses device storage (to download updates) and checks firmware versions.
- Device Locator: When using "Find My Device," precise location permission (GPS/network-based) is required. Note: Feature availability depends on Bluetooth connectivity or independent device GPS capability.
- Battery Status: Monitors and displays real-time device battery levels.
- Basic Operations: Collects device model, OS version, unique identifiers (e.g., Android ID/IDFA), app version, and network details (IP address, connection type).
- Crash Diagnostics: Upon app failure, collects crash logs (timestamp, device info, error type) for troubleshooting. Submission of full reports is optional.
Account Services (If Enabled)
- Phone number or email for registration/login and essential notifications.
- Third-Party Logins (WeChat/Apple ID): With your consent, we only receive public identifiers (OpenID/UnionID), nickname, and avatar (per platform settings). Passwords are never accessed.
Additional Features (Require Separate Consent)
- Voice Assistant: Microphone permission processes voice commands locally. Voice data is not stored.
- Notifications: Permission to deliver device status alerts (e.g., low battery) and app announcements.
- Local Storage: Permission to save/export settings beyond firmware updates.
Key Disclosures
- Personal information is used only for purposes stated herein. For new purposes, we will seek consent via Policy updates, pop-ups, or announcements.
- Sensitive permissions (e.g., location, microphone) are requested upon feature activation. You may revoke permissions in device settings, which may disable corresponding features but won’t affect other Services.
Information Storage & Security
- Storage Location: Information is stored within Mainland China. Cross-border transfers occur only when legally permitted or with your consent.
- Retention Period: Retained only as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or system security. Post-retention, data is anonymized or deleted.
- Security Measures: Industry-standard protections include TLS/SSL encryption, access controls, de-identification, and security audits. Effectiveness is regularly evaluated. Disclaimer: While we implement robust safeguards, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. In a security incident, we will activate emergency protocols and notify you as required by law.

- Features are not designed to collect others’ information. Submitting a minor’s data implies parental authorization.
Policy Updates
- We may revise this Policy for operational, legal, or user experience reasons.
- Updates will not reduce your existing rights. Changes take effect on dates specified in version prompts, pop-ups, or website notices.
