Thank you for choosing software products and related technical services (including but not limited to connectivity management, sound customization, firmware updates, collectively referred to as "the Services") provided by Shenzhen SIMGOT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company" or "we"). Before creating an account or enabling the Services, you must read and fully understand all terms of this User Agreement (hereinafter "the Agreement"), with particular attention to:

• Clauses limiting or excluding the Company’s liability;
• Provisions governing user obligations and rights restrictions;
• Dispute resolution mechanisms and governing law.

If you are under 18 years of age or a person with limited capacity for civil conduct, you must obtain consent from your legal guardian who has reviewed and accepted all terms of this Agreement before registering or using the Services under their supervision.

Section I: Effectiveness and Scope

• By selecting "Agree," completing registration, or actively using/continuing to use the Services, you shall be deemed to have fully acknowledged, understood, and accepted this Agreement and its amendments.
• This Agreement consists of the main text, the Privacy Policy, and supplementary rules (including regulations, explanations, and notices) published through official channels (e.g., in-app announcements, website postings). The Privacy Policy is a standalone document governing personal information processing. Supplementary rules automatically form part of this Agreement upon publication and carry equal legal effect.

Section II: Amendments

• To accommodate technology updates, service optimization, regulatory changes, and user experience improvements, the Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify, supplement, or remove terms (including supplementary rules).
• We will notify you of material changes via in-app alerts, system messages, or official website announcements, with effective dates specified therein.
• Should you reject revised terms, you may terminate the Services before the effective date. Such termination constitutes rejection of the amendments.
• Continued use after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You acknowledge that service modifications or limitations resulting from Agreement adjustments generally shall not constitute grounds for claims (except where prohibited by law).

Section III: Service Description and Usage Rules

• Core Features: The Services primarily enable connection management for compatible devices, including pairing, audio customization, firmware updates, and battery monitoring (features subject to actual versions). The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion.
• Premium Features: Certain advanced functionalities may require payment. Pricing and rules for paid services will be clearly displayed at purchase. Unpaid features will remain inaccessible.
• Hardware & Network Requirements: You must provide your own compatible mobile device, operating system, internet connection (cellular/Wi-Fi), and related hardware. Associated costs (device, data, power) are your responsibility.
• Software Sources: Only obtain the application through official stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery) or our website. Versions from unauthorized channels lack security, compatibility, and functional guarantees. The Company bears no liability for malfunctions, data risks, or device damage resulting therefrom.
• Feedback: Submit suggestions or inquiries via in-app feedback or official contacts. Your input helps us enhance service quality.

Before using specific features, review the Privacy Policy, particularly regarding:

• Collection, use, and storage of personal information;
• Purpose of device permissions (e.g., location access for earbud tracking);
• Processing of health-related data (where applicable).
